Sound Sense Deaf Empowerment Initiative had the distinct honor of receiving the Deaf Chairman, Mr. Ayoade Beyioku, alongside the National Women Leader of the Nigeria National Association of the Deaf (Women Section), Mrs. Monsurat Abdulwasiu, on a courtesy and strategic visit.

The visit marked a significant moment of engagement and collaboration, reinforcing our shared commitment to advancing inclusion and empowerment within the deaf community. Discussions focused on strengthening structured partnerships, promoting accessibility, empowering women, and creating sustainable development opportunities for deaf individuals across communities.

This strategic meeting reflects our belief that meaningful impact is achieved through collaboration with recognized leaders and stakeholders. By working closely with the leadership of the deaf community, we are building stronger foundations for advocacy, skills development, representation, and long-term empowerment.

The engagement on 27th February 2026 was not merely ceremonial; it signified a united vision to amplify voices, enhance participation, and create equitable opportunities for all.
