June 21st marked a significant milestone for Sound Sense Deaf Empowerment Initiative as we witnessed the inauguration of 500 Girls/Women Speak Advocacy Ambassadors at the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Nigeria, Abuja. This initiative aims to amplify the voices of young girls/women and empower them to become change-makers in their communities. We are thrilled to announce that our Founder, Mojisola Elizabeth Okunnu, was among the esteemed individuals appointed as ambassadors. Notably, she has also been appointed as Girls/Women’s Ambassador with UN and LAWPA, further solidifying her commitment to empowering girls and women globally. Her dedication is truly inspiring. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to all the newly appointed ambassadors, including Mojisola Elizabeth Okunnu, and wish them success in their roles. We look forward to seeing the impact they will make in their communities and beyond. This inauguration marks a new chapter in our collective efforts to promote girl-child empowerment, advocacy, and leadership. We are excited to see the positive change that will come from this initiative.

We strive to empower individuals with hearing disabilities and female through inclusive education, proactive advocacy, and accessible support services.
